Governing your use of the Lnkeee link management platform

These Terms of Service ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('User', 'you') and Lnkeee Inc. ('Lnkeee', 'we', 'us') governing your access to and use of lnkeee.com and all associated services, APIs, tools, and sub-domains (collectively, the 'Service').

By accessing the Service, clicking 'Sign Up', or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or 13+ with verifiable parental consent), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

• You may not share your account credentials with others (except where team accounts are explicitly provided)
• You must notify us immediately at security@lnkeee.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• You may not create multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limits
• Accounts registered with disposable or temporary email addresses may be suspended without notice
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

Lnkeee may only be used for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the content and destinations of all links you create. You agree not to use Lnkeee to:

• Distribute spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or bulk email campaigns that violate CAN-SPAM or GDPR
• Create deceptive or misleading links that misrepresent the destination URL to users
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of Lnkeee or any linked site
• Systematically harvest or scrape data from the Lnkeee platform
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to inflate click counts or abuse free tier limits
• Impersonate any person, company, or brand using custom slugs or branded domains
• Resell or sublicense Lnkeee to third parties without a written reseller agreement

You may not create shortened links that point to, facilitate, or promote:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors
• Phishing pages, credential harvesting, or social engineering attacks
• Malware, ransomware, viruses, or any malicious code delivery
• Illegal content under applicable law (including your country of residence and the United States)
• Content that facilitates violence, terrorism, or hate crimes
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or 'revenge porn'
• Fraudulent financial schemes, investment scams, or Ponzi schemes
• Sale of illegal drugs, firearms, or other controlled substances without lawful authorization
• Copyright-infringing content (piracy, unauthorized streaming, etc.)

To report a harmful Lnkeee link, email abuse@lnkeee.com - we investigate all reports within 24 hours.

Access to the Lnkeee API is available on paid plans. By using the API you agree to:

• Keep your API keys confidential and not embed them in public repositories
• Respect published rate limits (documented at lnkeee.com/api-docs)
• Not use the API to create competing link shortening products or services
• Attribute Lnkeee if you build a public-facing product on top of our API

We reserve the right to revoke API access or throttle requests that exceed fair use thresholds, cause service degradation for other users, or violate these Terms.

Lnkeee targets 99.9% uptime for link redirects (the core function). Dashboard and API availability target 99.5% uptime.

Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance via the status page. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control (force majeure, third-party infrastructure outages, DDoS attacks).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lnkeee Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service; (b) any links you create and the content they point to; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page
• Send an email notification to your registered address at least 14 days before changes take effect
• Display a notice in your Lnkeee dashboard

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service before the effective date.
